Kenneth E. Citron is an accomplished trial attorney with extensive experience successfully handling litigations, arbitrations and mediations in state and federal courts. He concentrates on commercial litigation, construction and real estate related disputes. Ken began his career as an assistant district attorney in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Prior to joining KCEC, Ken practiced for more than a decade with a law firm in New York City, where he was a long-time shareholder and a member of the firm's litigation department. While in New York Ken taught at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) Intensive Trial Techniques Program at Hofstra Law School. In addition to Colorado, Ken is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and Massachusetts and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and for the District of Massachusetts. Ken is a graduate of the American University Washington College of Law (J.D. 1993, cum laude) and Emory University (B.A. 1988). Email: [email protected]
